The B2B Dance School Management System was born from a friendship with Camila, the owner of 'Horses Studio' where I first learned to dance. Watching her struggle with manual scheduling, room conflicts, and administrative challenges that eventually contributed to the school's closure, I realized how many small dance studios face these same overwhelming obstacles.
Though Horses Studio is no more, this system is my way of ensuring other passionate dance educators like Camila don't have to face these challenges alone. Every scheduling feature, every conflict detection algorithm, every management tool is built with her struggles in mind.

Despite knowing that Atlanta has amazing salsa scenes, Chicago has incredible swing communities, and Boston has active ballroom groups, I found myself lost and unable to connect with these communities.

The information was scattered across Facebook groups, Instagram posts, and word-of-mouth recommendations that I couldn't access. I missed out on incredible dance experiences simply because I didn't know where to look.
This frustration is what inspired the community-driven venue sharing feature. I realized that if I had this problem, thousands of other travelers and dancers must face the same challenge. The platform's venue verification system and community-driven approach came from this simple idea: what if the community could share and verify the best spots?
